The Bark Magazine published a few of my “Hey Pup” photos in the most recent issue of the magazine. The photos are part of an essay about dogs at home. It was so fun to see some of these photos published as I’ve been working on this series for over a year now.

Venus Zine Cover Shoot
I’m excited to finally show my cover shoot for Venus Zine. A special thanks to Ella for letting us take over and shoot for the day. If you haven’t been there the space is amazing and the drinks are super yum!

La Frieda
This was shot for Edible Manhattan and it was super special because I shot it with my amazing friend Carolyn Fong. It was a two part shoot as we shot portraits and the production of the meat. For the portraits I shot in the dry aged meat freezer and was literally surrounded by meat touching me on all sides. It was definitely one of the stranger places I’ve shot. The production was fascinating. When the time comes for production to begin everyone goes to their station and starts chopping, grinding, and boxing up meat. There were some real characters that put on a pretty good show for us.
La Frieda is a family business run by the some of the nicest and funniest guys I’ve met. At the end of the shoot Pat Jr was nice enough to send me home with a massive box full of the tastiest meat I’ve ever had.
I’ll be posting some outtakes in a later blog.

Edible Manhattan-Ariane Daguin
I did a shoot for Edible Manhattan with the lovely Ariane Daugin of D’artagnan. We shot at Cercle Rouge where I had the honor of meeting Chef Pierre Landet who whipped up a few goodies after the shoot. I’ll post the tearsheet later this week but these are a few of the outtakes.

The good news is I have a brand new website but the bad news is in the process of transferring my blog to my new server the evil internet leprechauns ate all my old info. So I’m starting over with the blog. I’m going to re-post my latest tears and then go from there.
