Just a few polaroids from a bbq and the walk home.

I still try and shoot with my Yashica when I have the chance. So that is why there is a random mix of photos. The first are from the 5 boro bike ride. It was almost 50 miles all over the 5 boros. It was neat to see all the bridges and streets car free and we even got to ride on the BQE which was quite strange. The rest are from a show the other night at the New Museum. Andrew WK played piano while Matt Sweeney was on guitar. They sorta made stuff up as they went and it was very funny. After a few songs like that it was just Andrew and his piano. He basically sang and played to his songs. Everyone danced and had fun, typical Andrew WK style. He is on my wish list to shoot.

Resource Magazine has a section where they choose a photo and have someone write 1000 words about it. In my case they chose my shoot with Sean and Jon Melamed wrote about it. His words are beautiful so if you’d like to read it click on the link

Last weekend in New Jersey there was a big concert with tons of bands. I think the last time I was at a big show like this was warped tour in 1997. Things have changed a lot. I got the chance to do a little shoot with some of the guys from The Chariot and also some random shots.
